I was born in Lancaster, England, then began my career in real estate with jobs in Spain, Portugal, and the Canary Islands. Since arriving in the United States, I’ve had the opportunity to reside in such diverse locations as Newport Beach, California, Nashville, Tennessee, Twin Falls, Idaho and eventually found my home in Seattle, Washington, where I have lived for over thirty years. In that time, I have become intimately acquainted with the unique aspects of real estate in the Pacific Northwest.
I have a keen understanding of the needs of my clients thanks to my experience living in a range of neighborhoods throughout greater Seattle, raising my own family, and managing a variety of properties throughout the area. My experience covers the full range of real estate, including experience as a licensed mortgage banker in multiple states, president of an appraisal review company, general contractor, property manager and as a federal and state certified expert witness for mortgage and real estate litigation. I served my neighborhood as president of our homeowners’ association. This experience means I am fully prepared for most any circumstances that a client may find themselves navigating.
I enjoy international travel, learning about other cultures, and sharing my diverse life experiences with my clients.

My primary objective is to facilitate my clients’ achievement of their real estate goals and desires. Whether a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor looking for their next property, I have a wealth of experience giving me a strong understanding of the needs of each client.
I have experience as a realtor, mortgage banker, general contractor, property manager, and association president. I have served as an executive for a mortgage bank, an appraisal review company, a technology startup, and a general contractor. This has given me a breadth of relationships and knowledge across the full spectrum of the real estate industry. No matter what obstacles my clients encounter, I have the experience to know how to plan their path to success.
I work tirelessly with my clients and my team to reach meet my clients’ expectations and goals. This means that I remain highly available to my clients via their preferred channels of communication.
My extensive experience across the full spectrum of the real estate market gives me the knowledge and know-how to meet my clients’ needs. I have extensive experience with a range of tools and techniques that I can apply on behalf of my clients. Having lived in the area for decades, I understand the unique aspects of the Pacific Northwest real estate market. My additional experience in construction, finance, and appraisal enables me to look at each transaction from multiple points of view and find creative solutions for my clients.
By building strong relationships with my clients, I become their primary advocate and work doggedly to overcome whatever obstacles we might encounter. Recently, Veteran Administration rules caused one of my clients to be denied their financing. Within 24 hours I was able to find a creative solution for them, and they closed on the property within a month.
I strive to build a personal relationship with my clients by both learning about their life and goals and sharing my knowledge and experience and helping them find the most direct route to achieve their goals. Many of my clients have become lifelong friends who I continue to enjoy a relationship with long after the transaction is closed.
