While basics like the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage are a valuable starting point, it is important to look beyond and consider additional aspects of the property such as curb appeal, remodeling, layout, and characteristics that may hold appeal for various categories of buyers. I will provide you with a recommended price range, then work closely with you to establish a price that you are comfortable with.

My experience in general contracting can also be a great help in preparing your property for the market. I might make some recommendations for work that can help increase the appeal of your home to a larger range of buyers. Some fresh paint, decluttering, or a few updates can go a long way to making your home more attractive and more valuable.

To get you home on the market, we will create a series of photos, virtual tours, and other marketing materials and make it available widely through a range of search engines and web sites. I will use my network of contacts to promote your property to other real estate professionals and can also host open houses to let your neighborhood know you home is on the market.
